Valentine’s Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

  • Lisa’s Oops-A-Daisy

3. Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents local to Scunthorpe, aged 16 and over.
  • Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate. By entering, under-18 participants confirm they have obtained this consent.
  • Employees of Andrew Thomas Accountancy, Cakes by Andrea, and Lisa’s Oops-A-Daisy cannot enter, but immediate family members may.
  • Entry is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

  • Follow the promoter’s page (required).
  • Comment on the giveaway post with a ❤️ to enter (required)
  • Bonus entry: share this post on your story/timeline for an extra chance to win (optional).
  • Tagging friends is optional and not required to enter.

5. Closing Date

  • Entries must be submitted by Thursday 12 February at 11:59pm.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be chosen at random on the morning of Friday 13 February.
  • The winner will be notified via the social media platform they entered through.

7. Prize

  • The prize consists of:
    • A Valentine’s platter from Cakes by Andrea
    • A bunch of 12 premium red roses with a helium balloon from
    • Lisa’s Oops-A-Daisy
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  • The winner will need to contact Cakes by Andrea and Lisa’s Oops-A-Daisy directly to arrange collection or local delivery of the prizes.
  • Collection or delivery is limited to the Scunthorpe area.

8. General Conditions

  • Participants agree to be bound by these terms and the promoter’s decisions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules.
  • Personal data will only be used to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to arrange the prize with Cakes by Andrea and Lisa’s Oops-A-Daisy, in accordance with GDPR.
