Valentine’s Platter Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

3. Eligibility
- Open to UK residents local to Scunthorpe, aged 16 and over.
- Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to participate. By entering, under-18 participants confirm they have obtained this consent.
- Employees of Andrew Thomas Accountancy and Cakes by Andrea cannot enter, but immediate family members may.
- Entry is void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
- Comment on the giveaway post with your favourite treat or a ❤️ to enter.
- Bonus entry: follow the promoter’s page.
- Tagging friends is optional and not required to enter.
5. Closing Date
- Entries must be submitted by Thursday 12 February at 11:59pm.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winner will be chosen at random and announced Friday 13 February at 10am.
- Winner will be notified via the social media platform they entered through.
7. Prize
- Prize is a voucher for a Valentine’s platter, redeemable directly with Cakes by Andrea.
- Prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The prize must be collected locally or will be delivered within the Scunthorpe area by Cakes by Andrea.
8. General Conditions
- Participants agree to be bound by these terms and the promoter’s decisions.
- The promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules.
- Personal data will only be used to administer the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to arrange the prize with Cakes by Andrea, in accordance with GDPR.
