Sophie O’Donnell
Practice Manager

Sophie has a first class degree from Lincoln University. Sophie is responsible for the day to day smooth operations within the practice. It is more than likely to be Sophie that is chasing you for your VAT Records every quarter!

Outside of the office, Sophie enjoys catching up with friends and family, often over good food and with a gin in hand. She likes to spend her time attending music gigs, enjoying weekends away and playing netball in a local league.

Laura Wilson
Senior Accountant

Laura joined Andrew Thomas Accountancy in 2013, and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in September 2016. Laura deals with a large range of businesses from small sub-contractors through to multi-million turnover companies.

In Laura’s spare time she enjoys dog walks at the seaside, days out with her nephews, catching up with friends and listening to music.

Helen Bradbury
Accounts Manager

Helen has joined us in 2023, with over 9 years of accounting experience, both in practice and industry. She is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and her breadth of experience benefits clients and the rest of the team alike.

Helen is kept busy outside of work with her two young daughters and enjoys family time with her girls and husband.

Callum Chapman
VAT Manager

Callum joined the team in 2013 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2022. In Callum’s spare time he enjoys playing pool and is a member of local league teams as well as representing the Lincolnshire County pool team. He also (occasionally) enjoys going out for a run with some music in his ears. Other interests include spending time with family and friends, or watching a variety of sports including football, cricket and F1. He loves a day out at the races.

Lisa Yull
Payroll manager

Lisa is a qualified Payroll Technician and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).

Being a working mum, time out of the office is spent running around after her son, doing good old housework and looking forward to that glass or bottle of wine at the weekend, coffee will have to do during the week. She enjoys family time, socialising, attending gigs and occasional gaming.

James Redfern
Semi-Senior Accountant

James joined the team as an apprentice and has qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). He is now studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant.

James enjoys taking part in outdoor activities and has been skydiving, rock climbing, and has even ran the London Marathon. James’ other interests are going to concerts and festivals, socialising with friends and family, and going to the gym.

Morgan Turner
Junior Accountant

Morgan joined the team in 2018 and is studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Outside of work Morgan enjoys watching rugby, socialising with friends, travelling and experiencing different foods and cultures, recreating dishes at home and going to the gym.

James Polowyj
Accountancy / Payroll Apprentice

James joined us in 2023, fresh from university with a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Finance. He is ready to start his career as an accountant and we are excited to see him progress.

James’ hobbies include following football as a Liverpool FC fan and watching MotorGP. He loves going to the gym, running and even used to play the drums!
