Sophie Cox
Practice Manager

Sophie has been part of the team since 2021 and is responsible for the day to day smooth operations within the practice – a part of her role is to make sure records come in and completed work goes out. It’s more than likely Sophie on the other end of the phone chasing paperwork, and you’ll often see her face first when visiting the office.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys walks with her husband Dan & Labrador Albert, spending time with friends and family over good food & drink and enjoying holidays and weekend getaways where possible.

Callum Chapman
VAT Manager

Callum joined the team in 2013 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2022. In Callum’s spare time he enjoys playing pool and is a member of local league teams as well as representing the Lincolnshire County pool team. He also (occasionally) enjoys going out for a run with some music in his ears. Other interests include spending time with family and friends, or watching a variety of sports including football, cricket and F1. He loves a day out at the races.

Lisa Yull
Payroll manager

Lisa is a qualified Payroll Technician and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP).

Being a working mum, time out of the office is spent running around after her son, doing good old housework and looking forward to that glass or bottle of wine at the weekend, coffee will have to do during the week. She enjoys family time, socialising, attending gigs and occasional gaming.

James Redfern
Senior Accountant

James joined the team as an apprentice 10 years ago and in 2024, James became a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant, impressively passing all ten exams on his first attempts!

James enjoys taking part in outdoor activities and has been skydiving, rock climbing, and even ran the London Marathon. James’ other interests are going to concerts and festivals, socialising with friends and family, and going to the gym.

Morgan Turner
Semi-Senior Accountant

Morgan joined the team in 2018 and is studying to become a Chartered Certified Accountant.

Outside of work Morgan enjoys watching rugby, socialising with friends, travelling and experiencing different foods and cultures, recreating dishes at home and going to the gym.

Katie Smith
Semi-Senior Accountant

Katie joined the team in June 2024 and is qualified with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). She is also a qualified Payroll Technician. Katie is a dog lover; her favourite breeds are labradors, border collies and basset hounds.

When not in the office, Katie loves spending time with her fox-red labrador, travelling, socialising with friends, going to concerts and festivals, and hiking.

Jamie Fairburn
Junior Accountant

Jamie joined the team in 2023 as an apprentice and is currently undertaking his AAT qualification.

Outside of work, Jamie enjoys following a variety of sports as well as taking part in them with friends. He enjoys reading books and experiencing media from a variety of countries and cultures and has other interests such as music and playing guitar recreationally.

Kyan Heseltine
Accountancy Apprentice

Kyan joined us in 2024 as he begins his career in Accountancy, which we hope to be long and rewarding for him. Kyan is currently undertaking his AAT qualification, to gain his first professional qualification in the field.

Outside of work, Kyan enjoys watching and playing football and socialising with friends and family.
